Two homeowners living side by side in Statesville recently contacted Earnest Tree Service with similar concerns about the trees behind their homes.

Both lots had been cleared and the homes built within the past few years. Since then, the homeowners had noticed the health of their remaining trees declining. Concerned about the trees becoming a risk to their homes and surrounding properties, they called our team to have them removed.

Removing the Declining Trees

Trees that are declining can become a safety concern, especially when they are located near homes, outdoor spaces, or neighboring properties. Addressing the issue early can help reduce the risk of falling trees, broken limbs, and unexpected property damage.

Our crew removed the trees from behind both homes, eliminating the homeowners’ concerns and making the properties safer.

Finishing the Job with Stump Grinding

Tree removal addressed the immediate concern, but the project did not end there. Our team also ground the remaining stumps to help clear the area and leave both properties with a cleaner, more usable space.

Stump grinding is an important final step after many tree removals. It removes the visible portion of the stump, reduces an obstacle in the yard, and creates a smoother finished result.

With the declining trees removed and the stumps ground, both homeowners can feel more confident about the safety and condition of their properties.
